Primal Plus Care is a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) service provider. We provide disability support services across Sydney - New South Wales. It is our mission to support and assist all individuals with disabilities to develop skills and attributes that they require to achieve independence and participate in society with ease. We are passionate and believe all individuals are autonomous, hence why we believe in the best support and quality services tailored to your unique needs (NDIS goals).

The Directors of Primal Plus Care are qualified therapists employing experienced therapists and allied health servers to ensure you receive optimal care. We will assist you in identifying all your goals, aspirations, and put forward all practical steps in place for helping you to achieve it. We strongly believe in evidence-based practice. As mentioned, we believe all individuals are autonomous and support individual choice & control.

Primal Plus Care is dedicated to making the process of accessing services as easy and smooth as possible. We provide a variety of services that help you maximise your NDIS funds, including in home help (daily activities, self-care), a range of therapies provided by our qualified therapists, accessing social and community support, day programs, support coordination and helping participants achieve independence through Supported Independent Living options.

Primal Plus Care makes using your NDIS funds as simple as possible. We are your one stop shop to access a variety of services to help you live the best life you can!

About Us

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiotherapy is a therapy and rehabilitation modality that aims to help and improve a person’s ability to move and function.

Physiotherapy can assist people with disability in a variety of ways, including treatment for pain management, home exercise programs for rehabilitation, advice on the management of specific conditions and providing recommendations for equipment and mobility aids.

SPEECH PATHOLOGY

Occupational Therapy

Assessments and therapy programs to help people become more independent with self-care at home and independently accessing the community.

SUPPORT WORKER

A support worker is responsible for assisting NDIS participants manage their day-to-day activities, such as: meal preparation, managing finances, and shopping.

Furthermore, NDIS support workers develop support plans to help people living with a disability achieve their life goals.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

Exercise Physiology is the delivery and evaluation of safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
